Clearly, I Am No Writer.

Not sure if it's a follow-through issue, or simply avoidance of a dreaded activity.... I do know that I am a tediously slow typer, but I don't journal the old fashioned way (pencil and paper) either, so I can't blame my hunt and peck typing.
I am, however, going to give this another shot. If for nothing else, than to appease one friend in particular.... you know who you are. And to keep interested parties (not sure there are any) apprised of the goings on in my life.
I suppose I'll start with my new roommate. Her name is Payton. She's cute and fuzzy and yellow. I borrowed her from a good friend and I love having her around.

Here's what she looked like about 5 years ago...

She was deeply adorable back then. I miss the oversized paws, the clumsiness and the puppy breath.

These days, of course, she's much bigger, but no less fun.

I love my big yellow doggy! I am trying not to think about a few weeks from now when I'll have to give her back.

So there you go people. Don't expect too much please, but I promise I will endeavor to post more often. I do hope that you are satisfied by my efforts, nameless, persistent friend. *cough* katchen *cough*
